ELY SAMUEL PARKER (1828-1895)
ELY SAMUEL PARKER WAS BORN IN INDIAN FALLS ON THE TOHAWANDA INDIAN RESERVATION NEAR AKRON, NEW YORK. HE SERVED THE UNION CAUSE AND PENNED THE FINAL COPY OF THE CONFEDERATE ARMY'S SURRENDER TERMS AT APPOMATTOX COURTHOUSE IN 1865. HE DEMONSTRATED THE POWER OF THE GLORIOUS AMERICAN RIGHTS.
